The cabsim module features seven virtual microphones that can be positioned as in a real studio, with full stereo support and easy loading of third-party IRs.
Plugin Compatibility (PCOM)
Quad Cortex supports selected Neural DSP “X” plugins directly on the device with a valid license. Plugin devices behave just like native Quad Cortex blocks, and can be combined freely in your signal chains. This opens up an entirely new palette of tones, bringing together the best of Neural DSP’s plugin ecosystem and Quad Cortex hardware.

Quad Cortex supports four independent signal paths, allowing you to layer amps, process multiple instruments, or build advanced dry/wet rigs with ease. Switching modes include Stomp, Scene, Preset, and Hybrid for maximum flexibility.

Built-in Wi-Fi makes firmware updates, backups, and downloads effortless, while Cortex Control provides complete desktop management of every feature.
