FENDER NEW RELEASES | 2020
Scope hot new gear before things cool off!
Fender's rolling out a fleet of fresh products, just in time for summer's end. Roadworn returns. New Signature models flash signature touches. The Jazz Bass celebrates 60 years. Tube tone goes tubeless, plus a pair of pedals and a trio of light and loud acoustic amps. Check it out!
Three new Signature models join the Fender family. The Troy Van Leeuwen Jazzmaster adds inventive switching and a custom colorway to the original offset. Tash Sultana dresses up the triple single-coil with premium appointments, adding a DoubleTap humbucker to the dual Yosemite pickups. Brad puts Paisley power on full display with his new Roadworn Esquire, outfitted with a Paisley-print pickguard hiding one of two custom pickups.
Fender brings back the Roadworn finish for the Vintera series, applying Limited Edition looks to the '70s Telecaster Deluxe, '60s Stratocaster, '50s Telecaster, and '50s Stratocaster.
Fender flashes two new all-original circuits, the Acoustic Preverb and Trapper Bass Distortion. The Acoustic Preverb is beauty in a box, combining a dedicated acoustic preamp with three preset reverbs, a Notch filter, and polarity switching. The Trapper Bass Distortion is its polar opposite, equipped with two stackable distortion circuits for maximum low-end crunch without sacrificing clarity.
Tube tone without the tube?! You bet. Fender adds Blonde Twin and Deluxe Reverbs to the Tone Master series, replacing tube circuitry with digital processing for authentic, high-performance sound and half the original weight.
Fender debuts three new two-channel acoustic amps for guitar and vocals, the Bluetooth- and looper-equipped Junior, battery-powered Junior GO, and the SFXII, an effect-laden combo equipped with Fender's proprietary Stereo Field Expansion technology for massive sound in a portable package.
