Neck Details: One-piece maple neck with unbound Indian rosewood fingerboard. The frets and nut are original. The neck is stamped "5OCT71B".
Electronics: The pots have been replaced and date to 1984. The pickups are original (see photos).

Hardware: The hardware is mostly original with exception of a replaced saddle adjustment spring.

Cosmetic Condition: This bass is in good condition with moderate wear. The finish is hazy with scratches, dents, and chips throughout. The hardware is oxidized.

Tech Notes: The bass is currently set up with flatwound 45-100 strings, and plays well with optimal action and neck relief. The frets are wide and low, showing moderate wear. The serial number and neck date stamp date to 1971.
