Neck Details: Bolt on maple neck with unbound rosewood fingerboard and dot inlays.
Electronics: The electronics are original. The guitar has an original single coil pickup with volume and tone controls. There is one visible 1979 pot code on the tone pot. The code on the volume pot is covered by solder.

Cosmetic Condition: The guitar is in good condition for its age. The finish is satin with age, with checking and some spots of glossiness throughout. The body shows numerous dings and finish chips, mostly on its sides and edges and back. The headstock shows finish checking and dings and finish chips around its edges. The back of the neck shows numerous dings and a fingertip-sized section where the varnish has chipped off. The fingerboard shows some dings and tool marks. The metal hardware shows some tarnish with age and some rust on the saddles, which does not affect playability.

Tech Notes: The guitar plays well with medium action. Due to inconsistencies in the neck, the strings are buzzy and there are some dead notes above the 12th fret. Below the 12th fret the bass plays cleanly. The frets are wide and medium height with light signs of play wear.
