Summary
Finish: Original. There are two filled holes near the toggle switch from previously installed mini-switches.
Body Material: Maple
Top Material: Maple
Body Details: Semi-hollow body with laminated maple back, top, and sides. The body has been converted to a stoptail. There are two non-original filled holes near the toggle switch, and a new pickup cavity was cut for the middle pickup.
Neck Material: Mahogany

Neck Thickness (IN): .79" (1st fret), .98" (12th fret)

Neck Details: Set-in three piece mahogany neck with bound rosewood fretboard, split parallelogram inlays, volute, and headstock truss rod adjustment. There are open screw holes visible on the back of the headstock from the original tuners.
Electronics: The guitar has been fully rewired for mono operation, with three Gibson patent decal humbuckers, 3-way toggle switch, neck and bridge volume/tone controls, and independent middle pickup volume control. The Varitone control and inductor have not been included. The pots do not have visible date codes.
Pickup Measurements: 7.3k (neck), 7.1k (middle), 7.4k (bridge)
Hardware: The tuners have been replaced with Grovers. A stoptail bar was added, and the original trapeze tailpiece is not included. The pickguard has been cut to fit three pickups.
Weight: 8 lbs 4 oz
Cosmetic Condition: The guitar shows expected cosmetic wear for its age, with light checking, small dings and scratches, and other mild blemishes present on the glossy finish. There are two filled holes on the front of the body from a previous wiring scheme, and the back has mild buckle rash. The headstock face has light finish hazing, and the neck has a few mild patches of finish wear along the sides. There are open screw holes on the back of the headstock from the original Kluson tuners, as well as on the bottom of the body from the original trapeze tailpiece.
Modifications/Repairs: -The body has been converted to a stopbar -A middle pickup route has been added -The guitar has been fully rewired -The tuners have been replaced.
Tech Notes: The guitar plays well with low action and optimal neck relief, and is currently set up with 10s. The truss rod is adjustable, and the original frets are wide and low with some notable divots up to the fifth fret. The serial number and construction appointments date the guitar to 1970-1972.
