Explore Taylor Innovation
V-Class Bracing:
First introduced in 2018, Taylor Guitars' V-Class bracing is a revolutionary bracing pattern present on most modern Taylor Guitars models. It allows for uncommonly close control over the flexibility and stiffness in a guitar's top, which generates additional volume without sacrificing sustain, and vice versa. This design also puts the body more in tune with the strings, improving articulation and harmonic alignment. The result is an entirely new sound—one that's warm and seasoned, nicely blended, and full of luscious low end without being muddy, just like the guitars of the old bluegrass and roots records that inspired it.
Taylor's Commitment to Sustainability:
Taylor Guitars believes it is our ethical imperative to protect and preserve the environment. That's why they use sustainable manufacturing processes like global wood-sourcing to create some of the world's best-selling and most respected acoustic guitars. With projects and partnerships in Cameroon, Honduras, Hawaii, and the Pacific Northwest, Taylor Guitars gives back to the ecosystems that give them so much, enriching the communities and collective quality of life for generations to come.
