Taylor adds even more variety to their expansive catalog with the new GT. This small-bodied, short-scale acoustic establishes a brand new size between the compact GS Mini and Grand Concert, their smallest full-size body shape.
The new GT, short for Grand Theatre, is essentially a scaled-down Grand Orchestra. Both have nearly the same lower bout and nut widths, but the GT's body is noticeably shorter, as is the 24-1/8" scale length. Add a solid Sitka spruce top, solid urban ash back and sides, and new C-Class bracing to this exciting design and you have an incredibly comfortable new acoustic that sings with the rich, robust voice of a full-size.
The Taylor GT comes equipped with a lightweight AeroCase and ES2 electronics.
