Body Details: Semi-hollow body with laminated maple back, sides, and top. The body has been converted from a trapeze tailpiece to a stopbar; there are a few open screw holes on the bottom of the body covered by a plastic plate.

Neck Details: Set-in mahogany neck with bound Brazilian rosewood fretboard and split parallelogram inlays.
Electronics: The guitar has been fully rewired and converted to mono; the original wiring harness with Varitone is included. Original Gibson pickups with patent number stickers, 3-way toggle selector switch, volume/tone controls for each pickup, and aftermarket Varitone control. The visible pot codes on the original harness date to 1964.
Pickup Measurements: 7.5k (neck), 7.7k (bridge)
Hardware: The original trapeze tailpiece has been removed, and a stop bar with anchors has been installed. The original tailpiece is included.

Modifications/Repairs: The guitar has been fully rewired and converted to mono. The body has been converted to a stop tailpiece.

Cosmetic Condition: The guitar shows minor cosmetic wear; the finish is glossy with light scratches and a few small blemishes scattered throughout. The back of the body has some mild buckle rash and finish checking; the back of the neck has a few small blemishes which do not affect playability.

Tech Notes: Plays well with low action and optimal neck relief; the guitar is currently set up with 10s. The frets are wide and fairly low with light wear. The pot codes on the original harness date to 1964; the serial number dates to 1965.
