Finish Details: The top of the body has been refinished. The back of the neck and back and sides of the body have been over-sprayed.

Hardware: A new Brazilian rosewood bridge has been installed. The bridgeplate, bridge pins, saddle, tuners, and nut have been replaced. The neck was refretted.

Modifications/Repairs: The top has been refinished. The back of the neck and back and sides of the body have been over-sprayed. The neck has been reset and refretted. At some point the back of the body was removed to reglue the braces and replace two small braces near the sound hole. A cleat was installed inside the body to repair a small crack underneath the pickguard. There is a filled strap button hole on the back of the neck heel. A new Brazilian rosewood bridge has been installed. The bridgeplate, bridge pins, saddle, tuners, and nut have been replaced. The holes in the headstock have been reamed out to accommodate for the new tuners.

Cosmetic Condition: This vintage Gibson J-45 is in good cosmetic condition with nice aging and wear throughout. There are scratches, chips, small dents, and areas of finish checking. Several repairs are visible.

Tech Notes: This guitar plays well with low action. The frets are tall with minimal play wear. The serial number dates to 1949. The original bridge, saddle, nut, tuners, and bushings are inside the case.
