Electronics: Original single coil epoxy-potted pickups and electronics, with 4-position rotary pickup selector, master volume/tone controls, and toggle switch to isolate the bridge pickup. The "front-bridge" pickup position is out of phase, but this appears to be original. The pot codes date to 1978.

Cosmetic Condition: The guitar shows play wear appropriate for its age; the finish has hazed on the front, and has numerous dings and scratches on the body. The pickguard is cracked at the two points near the output jack, but is held securely by the screws. The back of the body has heavy buckle rash and patches of finish wear, and the sides of the body have additional scratches and dings. The fingerboard finish has notable wear in several spots, and there is some light checking on the back of the headstock. The neck finish is smooth.

Tech Notes: Plays well with low action and minor neck relief; the guitar is currently set up with 10s, and the truss rod is adjustable. The frets are wide and low with light wear. The pot codes and serial number date to 1978.
