Neck Details: One piece mahogany set neck with bound rosewood fingerboard. -The neck has been refretted. -There is a repaired crack in the neck near the heel, this crack is structurally stable. -There are some plugged holes in the headstock where a non-original set of tuners was installed.

Electronics: Original electronics. Two patent number pickups, three-way pickup selector switch, volume and tone controls for each pickup. -The neck volume pot has been replaced. -Some of the ground leads on the harness have been replaced and some of the solder joints have been touched up. -One visible 1968 pot code date.

Hardware: -There was non-original set of tuners installed at some point, the original tuners have been re-installed. -The nut and strap buttons have been replaced. -There is a plugged hole in the pickguard.

Cosmetic Condition: This SG has average wear for its age. The body has dents, scratches, light buckle rash, and some finish chips/blemishes. The neck has some scuffs, dents, finish chips, and some light cosmetic wear around the tuners and repaired crack near the heel.

Tech Notes: This SG plays great with low action and light neck relief. The truss rod is adjustable, the frets are in good shape. The serial number dates this instrument to 1969.
