The new D-28 combines features from its mid-century heyday with pre-war specs to create a guitar that possesses all the most heralded qualities of its long and storied history. Vintage appointments, open gear tuners, antique white accents and an aged top as well as forward-shifted bracing for increased resonance on the top–this is at once a very old guitar, and a completely new Martin.
